Vegan Smoothie Bowl with berries and fruity mulberry topping: A healthy and quick breakfast!

This is my absolute favorite recipe for a vegan smoothie bowl with berries! The best part of this colorful bowl are the toppings with exotic fruits, berries and banana! I also discovered dried mulberries for myself. These give the bowl a delicious brunch and have a subtle vanilla note!

  1. This bowl is a super light dish on hot summer days. The Smoothie Bowl is made with frozen berries and fresh fruit. I like to cut the toppings into nice looking shapes. So that the smoothie in the bowl becomes a real eye-catcher!

And this is how you prepare this delicious bowl with berries and fruits:

  1. Put frozen berries, banana and plant-based milk in a blender and blend until creamy
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and blend until smooth
  3. Add fruit, berries and desired toppings on top of berry mixture and enjoy!

Simple and fast: Vegan thick smoothie with strawberries and wild berries

This healthy smoothie will last you a long time! Because of its creamy light consistency you can simply spoon it out of a bowl. A real treat as a snack for in between or vegan breakfast!

Zutaten

  • For the bowl
  • 150 g Frozen berries

  • 30 ml Vegetable milk

  • 1/2 banana

  • Toppings
  • 1 passion fruit

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 tablespoons granola

  • 1 tbsp dried mulberries

zubereitung

  • Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces
  • Put the ingredients for the bowl in a powerful blender
  • Blend the ingredients until the smoothie has a creamy consistency
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate the bowl with the sliced fruit
  • Spoon out immediately and enjoy!
