And this is how you prepare this delicious quinoa salad:
- Prepare quinoa according to package instructions.
- Then cut the vegetables into cubes and wash the lamb’s lettuce.
- Mix the quinoa with the vegetables and then fold in the lamb’s lettuce.
- Prepare vinaigrette and pour over salad just before serving.
- Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and enjoy.

- Vegetables: the orange bell bell pepper, cucumber and beet make the salad a real colorful eye-catcher. Of course, the salad also tastes great with other vegetables like crunchy zucchini.
- Nuts: If you have a nut allergy, you can also top the salad with homemade croutons. This also gives a delicious crunch.
